Aaron Kostick

Production Designer & Art Director for Film/TV

Bafta Connect member since, 2022.

British Film Designers guild member since, 2019.

After leaving my studies in Design for Film & Television at Nottingham in 2020, I have gone on to Art Direct and draw construction plans for various High-End productions (Harvest, The Buccaneers S2, Your Christmas or Mine?, Harry Potter S1). Harvest, a Feature Film by Athena Rachel Tsangari, which I Assistant Art Directed for MUBI, has since gone on to premiere at Venice Film Festival and pick up a BIFA for Best Production Design in 2025. My first job was in 2021 for Mission Impossible - Dead Reckoning, where I worked as an Art Department Assistant understanding how an Art Department on a big budget functions. I continue to widen my skills between both Art Direction and Production Design by designing short form projects, as well as small budget Feature Films.

In addition, I have also been working on my other passion of DJ’ing, gaining an international status after being selected for three consecutive club and event nights in Copenhagen back in the New Year of 2024 and continue to work across all types of events in London.

Most Recently I have Art Director for James Owen’s gripping Feature Film, The Hoarder, a modern horror story set within a tunnel system, starring Daisy Jelley, which is set for a Fright Fest premiere in 2026. I have also Production Designed for Precious Wura Alabi’s dramatic Short Film To Run is to Return, that focuses on Michael Ahimka-Linsay’s character who faces everyone else’s issues but his own as a worker in the Pharmaceutical world, and hoping to premiere at London Film Festival in 2026.
